Everything Must Go

& Nick: Rule number one, know your products. Okay, whether it’s a PC or a piece of paper; know how it works. Number two, know your customers. Learn everything you can about them. Listen to what they want and what they don’t want. Rule number three, go the extra yard, okay? If you don’t have the answer; find it. it’s that simple.

& Nick: Rule number eight, always give ’em a little something extra.

& Kenny: Hey, what does it mean when it says, “Make it easy to buy”?
Nick: Well, it can mean a number of things, getting rid of extra paperwork, displaying things in a way that are appealing to people, explaining how products work...

& Nick: Kenny, look, you can’t worry about what other people think about you. You just got to fight back.
Kenny: Is that what you’re doing?
    Nick: What?
    Kenny: Are you fighting back?

& Kenny: What happened?
Nick: What do you mean, what happened? Life happened. Work happened. Marriage happened.

& Nick: You need to put up some curtains.
Samantha: Why? So I don’t have some drunk staring at me all day?
Nick: No, so you don’t have to look at your future.

& Kenny: Rule number one, always have power so people can test appliances.
    Nick: That’s a good rule.

& Nick: Rule number 17, never go into business with a friend.
