* Kahlan: Happy birthday!
   Richard 2 Cara: Were you in on this too?
   Cara: I suggested we celebrate your birthday the Mord'Sith way.
   Richard: I didn't think Mord'Sith celebrated birthdays.
   Cara: We don't.


* Erik: Would you honor us by leading the first dance, Seeker?
   Kahlan: He'd love to.
   Zedd 2 Cara: Care to join them?
   Cara: I'd rather fight gars.

   Kahlan: "You have one day until the sands run out. And when they do, so does your air."
   Cara: You were right. This party is lots of fun.


* Kahlan: Cara, no. If you die your death would be final.
   Cara: Better one of us than both of us.
