Sherlock Holmes (2/2)

Начало

* Holmes: Madam, I need you to remain calm and trust me, I'm a professional. Beneath this pillow lies the key to my release.

* Constable Clark: So body in the bathtub... his eyes were wide open, and the only thing missing was... his ring, sir.
   Holmes: Why did you drain the water?
   Constable Clark: Out of common decencies.
   Holmes: Crime is common, logic is rare. The decent thing to do is to catch the killer, not provide comfort for the corpse.

* Holmes: Data, data, data. I cannot make bricks without clay.

* Lord Blackwood: Gentlemen... don't be afraid. As you can see we are protected.

* Holmes: These German locks always give me trouble.
   Watson: It's a band saw.
   Holmes: No matter, we have plenty of time.

* Watson 2 Dredger: Relax... I'm a doctor.

* Holmes: There was never any magic. Only conjuring tricks. The simplest involved paying people off...

* Irene: You'll miss me, Sherlock.
   Holmes: Sadly... yes.

* Holmes: There's nothing more elusive than an obvious fact.

* Holmes: The wire-free invention was the game all along. {...} A technology of that kind would be worth an untold fortune. Imagine being able to control any device... simply by sending a command via radio waves. It's the future, Watson.

* Holmes: Case re-opened.
