Falling Skies 3×10

Season 3 Finale

& Pope: You know what I like the most about Chicago?
    Lyle: What’s that, bro?
Pope: The pizza. Say what you want about New York, all right? But that town ain’t got nothing on the Windy City when it comes to pizza pie.

& Tom: So this thing’s gonna work?
    Dr. Kadar: Almost certainly.
Tom: Not a lot of room for “almost” here, doctor.
Dr. Kadar: By “almost,” I’m estimating a 94% probability that the weapon will function as expected.

& Cochise: Everything will be fine, my friend. In this you must have faith.

& Pope: So, what’s the call, Colonel? Hold fire till we see the whites of their eyes?

& Weaver: This is a classic “Do not pass go, do not collect $200” mission.

& Pope: To the fishheads! May they freeze their asses off in the North Pole.
Weaver: To victory. May it be swift, may it be complete, and may it be forever.
Ω You wish. Don’t forget; they’re planning a season 4.

& Waschak-cha’ab: The war is over for you. It is over for all human beings. The Volm are well-equipped to carry the fight to the enemy. Your military forces are no longer needed. In fact, they will only be in the way.
Tom: Commander, with all due respect, our planet, our fight.
    Waschak-cha’ab: I understand.
Weaver: I don’t think you do understand! I don’t think you understand at all.
Tom: If you’re not interested in collaborating with us in this war, then what exactly are your intentions for us?
Waschak-cha’ab: You will be relocated to the south, a place you call Brazil.
Weaver: The hell you say? Brazil.
Cochise: You will have everything you need. You, your families, and friends... you’ll be out of the war zone, you’ll be safe.
Waschak-cha’ab: The Volm will provide security.
Ω Bazinga! Sounds familiar.

& Cochise: Please, sir. I am begging you. Do not make me use force. Order your people to lay down their weapons and prepare themselves for transport.

& Maggie: It’s good to get out of the city. It gets my blood flowing.
Hal: It’s not the mountain air. It’s the fact that you think the war’s gonna go on.
Maggie: You think you want it to end. But trust me, Hal, you’d never cut it in a split-level house. Spending your weekends trimming hedges and weeding flower beds?.. You’d go stark raving mad.
Pope: She’s right, kid. Compared to the quiet desperation of the suburbs, I’d say an alien apocalypse is paradise on earth.

& Tom: What about Lexie? Is she with you? Did they do something to her?
    Anne: She’s fine, Tom. But...
    Tom: I don’t understand.
Ω So we’re. Seems like we (they)'ve deus ex machina.

& Tom: We need to regroup ... then we thought we’d go find Hathaway’s people.
    Pope: Point of that being?
Tom: Form a new resistance movement.
    Weaver: The Human resistance movement.
