Finale

Season 1, Episode 9

& Anwar: You fucked up my dream, Max.
    Maxxie: What was it?
Anwar: Oh, the usual. Russian virgins.
Maxxie: Good Muslim boys don’t dream about virgins.
Anwar: That’s where you’re wrong, Max. That’s all we dream of.

& Anwar: Will you come to my birthday party, Max?
Maxxie: Will you tell your mum and dad I’m gay?
    Anwar: I dunno.
Maxxie: I can’t unless you do. 17. It’s the year of telling the truth. OK?

& Anwar’s Mom: Happy birthday, little boy!
Anwar: I’m 17, Mum. I’m not a little boy any more.
    Mom: So it would seem.

& Anwar’s Dad: Is Maxxie here yet?
    Anwar: Um... no.
Dad: We don’t see him these days.
    Anwar: We had a fight.
Dad: A fight? You fight with your friends? What would you fight Maxxie about? He’s a good boy. Always well turned out, respectful. The best type.

& Chris: Are you gonna tell me who the fuck you are?
    Mervin: I’m the fiance.
    Chris: No, you’re not.
    Mervin: Yes, I am.
    Chris: Since when?
Mervin: Since she asked me to marry her.
Chris: Where the fuck did you come from?
Mervin: I’m Mervin. She gave me genital herpes. I’m the love of her life. I’m back. You don’t stand a chance, kid, not even with that beautiful little cock of yours.
    Chris: What, she told you?!

& Mervin: How old are you?
    Chris: 17.
Mervin: You haven’t got a soul yet. With luck you haven’t got herpes, either. Quit while you’re ahead. And with that, I bid you good day.

& Tony: You’re gonna be famous.
Michelle: But if you’re famous you have to have, like, huge boobs and blonde hair and I have neither of them.

& Tony: Answer. You know you want to.
Michelle: ’Hi. This is Michelle. Leave a message, except if you’re Tony, because Tony can fuck off!’

& Anwar: Mum, why does Uncle Muneer have to do the disco again?
Anwar’s Mom: Why on Earth not?! Are you hearing this? He doesn’t want my own brother’s gift of music.
Anwar’s Dad: Do what your mother says, ungrateful wretch!
    Anwar: But, Dad...
Dad: Your uncle knows what’s respectable. Your English friends have no restraint. They don’t wear enough clothes. They drink, shout, fornicate*. They puke in the back of cabs. We have proper, tuneful music, so the English don’t burn the place down and get me arrested. That’s why your mother is right in all things. Now say no more about it. No more!
Mom: Thank you, Istiak. Thank you very much. Come on, you three, now. Is the buffet going to do itself?
    Dad: Muneer’s an arsehole.
    Anwar: What did you just?..
Dad: A complete tosser. At least he can’t grope the women up there.

& Angie: Merve went away on a field trip to Alaska for six months. Climate change.
Chris: What? He doesn’t like hot weather?
Angie: No. Climate change! The fucking icebergs are melting, OK?
    Chris: Oh...
Angie: Christ! Did you ever pay any attention in college, Chris? We’re trying to fucking educate you!
Chris: Well, cheers, Angie. Appreciate it.

& Muneer: Welcome, everybody, and a happy birthday to Anwar! He’s the apple of my sister’s eye, a great God-fearing lad. So we’ve thrown a party to celebrate his birthday and... his marriage to his cousin who’s just flown in from Pakistan! .......... Aaaah! Got you! Had you going! Didn’t I? Didn’t I?

& Sid: I love her.
Tony: Oh... well. Then we’d better attend to that need with due dispatch, my friend.
Sid: Tony, you’re my best friend, but I really don’t know what the fuck you’re on about most of the time. Do you think that matters?

& Maxxie: Hi, Mr Kharral.
Dad: You’re just in time for the food.
    Anwar: Dad... Maxxie’s gay!
Dad: We’ve got a fantastic lamb bhuna. My wife made it because she knows...
Anwar: Dad. Did you hear me?
Dad: And the spices are just so hot, you know. Not too much, not too little...
Maxxie: I’m gay, Mr Kharral. I always have been.
Dad: It’s a fucking stupid, messed-up world. I’ve got my God. He speaks to me every day. Some things I just can’t work out. So I leave them be. OK? Even if I think they’re wrong. Because I know one day He’ll make me understand. I’ve got that trust. It’s called belief. I’m a lucky man. Right?
    Anwar: Yes, Dad.
Dad: Come, Maxxie. The food’s ready.

& Chris: Jesus, Anwar! Who’s the DJ? That’s Starship. Even I think that’s wank!

& Muneer: Ladies and gentlemen, we have a happy event! A very happy event! Everyone, whoo! {...}
    Chris: Yeah. She loves me.

La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la
La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, la

Now that I’ve lost everything to you
You say you wanna start something new
And it’s breakin’ my heart you’re leavin’
Baby, I’m grievin’
But if you wanna leave, take good care
I hope you have a lot of nice things to wear
But then a lot of nice things turn bad out there

Oh, baby, baby, it’s a wild world
It’s hard to get by just upon a smile
Oh, baby, baby, it’s a wild world
I’ll always remember you like a child, girl

End of Season 1

    Когда-нибудь ты обязательно отправишься, каждый из нас тут в свое время совершает хадж. А когда отправишься, помни, что священных мест множество и что хадж измеряется милями не больше, чем человек — своей тенью. А в конце пути? Иерусалим? Мекка? Может быть, но бывает, ищешь место попроще, грязный дворик вроде этого, а то и вовсе какой-нибудь пригорочек с несколькими деревцами, где можно укрыться от жары. Важен сам хадж, нужно долгое, неторопливое путешествие. {...}

    Что касается основной массы своих соотечественников, которые традиционно поддерживали отправку больших армий за моря, их ужаснуло утверждение Стронгбоу, что любая военная экспедиция является признаком скрытой половой немощи, то есть, проще говоря, тайного страха импотенции. {...}

Saw 3D: The Final Chapter

& Jigsaw: Are you both strong enough to walk away from what is destroying you, or will you fight one more time for the heart that binds? You have 60 seconds to decide. Live or die. Make your choice.

& Dina: What are you doing, you fucking asshole?
Brad: I think we’re breaking up with you, Dina.

& Detective Matt Gibson: She looks crazier than a sack full of cats.

& Bobby Dagen: I hadn’t just survived, I was reborn. This was my life.

& Hoffman: You want to know the only thing wrong with killing you, Jill?.. I can only do it once.

& Jigsaw: No act comes without a sacrifice. You’ve judged others by the color of their skin, and today, Evan, you will learn that we are all the same color on the inside. Live or die, Evan, the choice is yours.

& Jigsaw: Hello, Bobby. I want to play a game. You have amassed wealth, fame and notoriety based on your story of survival. Many have aided in your cause, but few know the truth. You are a liar. You and I both know you have never been in a trap, nor have you ever been tested. Today, these lies will come full circle and you will learn if you truly have what it takes to call yourself a survivor. The cage you find yourself in will symbolize your rebirth. ... Within the next 60 minutes, you must stay on the path of learning and traverse a series of obstacles to obtain access to your wife, who you have also deceived. If you fail to reach her before the clock runs out, she will die. Live or die, Bobby. Make your choice.

& Bobby: Why wouldn’t you just shut the fuck up? You just needed to shut up!..

& Bobby: Your name, sir?
Jigsaw: John. With an “H,” without an “H,” it doesn’t matter.
Bobby: We’ll go with John with an “H” this time.
Jigsaw: You got quite an army working for you here, don’t you? Must be spreading a pretty good word.
Bobby: Well, we try to reach as many people as possible, you know?
Jigsaw: You don’t see anything wrong with that?
Bobby: No. No, sir, I don’t.

& Jigsaw: You know, history is a passion for me. And in ancient Egypt if you were speaking under oath, you were required to say, “If I’m lying, take me to the quarries.” That mean anything to you?
No, sir. No, sir, it doesn’t.
Jigsaw: Well, I’ll tell you what it means. It means if you knowingly lied on the public record that you were subject to a period of enslavement.
Bobby: What are you implying here, sir?
    Jigsaw: I’m not implying anything.

& Jigsaw: Hello, Bobby. That feeling running through your body is fear, the fear of not knowing if you have what it takes to survive.

& Jigsaw: Hello, Bobby. Before you is the door that leads to your wife. However, you must first make a choice. As you may have guessed, your decision will be as difficult as pulling teeth.

& 5693

& Hoffman 2 Jill Tuck: I’ve been looking for you.

& Jigsaw: Congratulations Dr. Gordon... you survived!

& Dr. Gordon: Game over!

& Tony: Fuck! Come on, Sid.
    Sid: Looks a bit... spooky.
Tony: You’re not still afraid of the dark?.. You still sleep with that night light on, don’t you?!
    Sid: It’s not a night light! It’s a glow-in-the-dark Batman. It’s retro.

& Effy: Sometimes I think I was born backwards, you know? Come out of my mum the wrong way. I hear words go past me backwards. The people I should love I hate. And the people I hate...

& Cassie: Do you want to kiss me, Sid? ... OK. So this is where you lean in. ... Cool.
Sid: Yeah... I’m sorry, I’m usually better than that. It’s...
    Cassie: No, it was lovely.
Sid: No, my rhythm was out and my teeth, they kept getting in the way. Could I... try again?

But I remember you.
I lie awake, trying not to think of you.

    Sid: I’m his best friend!
Tony’s Dad: And I’m his fucking father!
Sid: I know what you are.

Season 3, Episode 1

& Liz: Well, you know what they say about rumors, Jack. They make a “ru” out of “mor” and “s.”

& Jack: You owe me a job, Banks. You know her father wanted me to takeover before he slipped into that coma.
Banks: If there’s one thing I learned from you, Jack, it’s keep your friends close... And your enemies so close that you’re almost kissing. So... ahem... that’s why I’m gonna offer you a job. In the mailroom.
    Jack: I’ll take it.

& Jenna: Great news, guys. I just got a residual check from that Japanese commercial I did. I still don’t know how that advertised Tokyo University. But I’m gonna use this $300 to buy us all some new boots for me.

& Tracy: It’s official! I’m a genius. My video game is selling through the rizz-noof.
Jenna: Well, how far through the "rizz-noof"?
Dot Com: Whoa, that’s not slang. He has a speech impediment.

& Liz: Jack?
Jack: I’m back, Lemon. Devin thought he could humiliate me, but he doesn’t understand that I worked my way up from the bottom before, and I can do it again. The last time took me 22 years, but I know so much more now this time. I think I can do it in nine.
Liz: So you’re gonna be a mailroom guy.
Jack: I’m the head mailroom guy. I’ve already been promoted once since this morning.
    Liz: That’s pretty fast.
Jack: With a little hard work, I think I’ll be back to VP status before I’m 60.

& Liz: Can I hide this box of penis pasta in your dressing room?

& Jack: Lemon. She touched me.
    Liz: Who?
Jack: Kathy Geiss. She touched me in my swimsuit area.
    Liz: No! Kathy?
Jack: It made me very uncomfortable. It’s not all erotic and fun, like when men do it to women. Have you ever been sexually harassed? ... I mean, how far would I have to let her go to get my old job back? ... Or would I really have to give her my gift? Oh, what am I talking about? I can’t go through this. If I pleasure Kathy to get my old job, I’m no better than Devin. The only path is the virtuous* path. Even if it takes five years.
Liz: I thought you said nine years.
Jack: I was promoted again this morning. I’m now director of mail systems.

& Jack: Banks, you’ve gotta get a hold of yourself. You’ve got a company to run.
Banks: Oh, I’m running it. I have a plan to quadruple profits by the year 2015.
Jack: How are you possibly going to do that?
Banks: The old-fashioned way, Jack. I’m gonna shut it down. I’m gonna shut the whole thing down for two years. I mean, imagine how badly people’ll want light bulbs then.
Jack: Are you insane? Think about the jobs, the economy. This is GE!
Banks: It’s just G now, Jack. I sold the E to Samsung. They’re Samesung now.

& Ken: May I help you.
Bev: Ah, I’m Bev. I’m here to do Liz’s adoption evaluation.
Ken: Oh, of course. I think adoption is a wonderful thing. Three of my nine siblings were adopted. And someday I’m gonna find them.

& Pete: Actually, I lived with Liz while I was separated from my wife. In a platonic way. Um, but I haven’t lived there for a couple months now. Because I’ve been in an anger management treatment center ’cause I shot one of my coworkers with an arrow.

& Tracy: Attention, everyone! I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved in making my video game the most profitable thing since the War on Terror.

& Liz: Are you sure she wants sex? Maybe she’s just looking for attention. I mean, her whole world is stuffed unicorns and soap operas.
Jack: Aren’t soap operas all about sex?
Liz: No, no way. No, the best part of a soap opera is when someone’s twin interrupts a wedding. Or somebody pulls a gun at the fitness center.

& Jack: It’s time, Lemon. Kathy’s texting me that Devin’s gone. I have to go upstairs.
Liz: What are you gonna do?
Jack: I’m gonna give Kathy the full soap opera while you try to trick a lady with a head injury. We might not be the best people...
Liz: ...but we’re not the worst.
Liz & Jack: Graduate students are the worst.

Michelle

Season 1, Episode 7

& Michelle: Oh, God, I love him so much! And I made him go away. Look... He’s so lovely.
Angie: Speak to him. Always best to talk. ... Communication, that’s the key.
Michelle: Fuck off, you wanker! No, you listen to me, tosser! Leave me alone. Leave me alone! For the last time, fucking leave me alone!

& Chris: I know you want me.
    Angie: I don’t want you.
    Chris: It makes perfect sense.
Angie: None of this makes sense. I’m your fucking psychology teacher, OK?

& Angie: Anyway, who’s presenting?
    Tony: It’s me.
Angie: OK, well, get on with it.
Tony: “The role of sex in power relationships.”
Angie: I asked you to write that?
Tony: Yeah. “Power is the single most important force in the universe. Money and looks mean nothing except for the power they give us. The second most important is sex. So sex plus power equals fun.” ...
Angie: Whatever you did that Michelle’s too upset to talk about, I hope you’re ashamed of yourself.
Maxxie: It was all my fault. I got off with Tony on the Russia trip. ... I only did it because I fell out with Anwar when he said he hated gays, so I got upset, and Tony said he’d give me head, to cheer me up, you know, and I didn’t mean anything, but I lost my head and then he gave me head, and then we got deported from Russia. And I’m really, really sorry for being a slut, OK?

Sleep Station Brothers - Goodnight To The Moon

So say goodnight
To the fallen truth
Say goodnight to the anger
that swells inside you
Say good night to the stars
That are following you
And say good night to the moon.

& Cassie: ’Hi, this is Cass. Don’t bother leaving a message because I’m not listening.’

& Sid: Wait. What are we?
Michelle: It’s now, Sid. It’s now, OK?

& Sid: Chelle! I’ve dreamt of this twice a night for the past eight years, to be exact... and three times on birthdays.
    Michelle: Wow! Was I good?
Sid: Oh, yeah, yeah. But this feels funny, you know?
    Michelle: My tits feel funny?
Sid: No! No. You’ve got a lovely handful. But the thing is, you’re Michelle. My friend Michelle.

& Sid’s Dad: Sid, have you got a razor I could borrow?
Sid: It’s OK, Dad. Michelle’s just a bit upset.
Dad: Finally! Liz?.. Yeah. Hey, listen. It’s conclusive*! He’s not gay!

& Cassie: You want to stroke my pussy?

& Sid: I realized something. I’ve been an idiot.
    Cassie: Yes.
Sid: And I was hoping maybe you’d give me another chance?
Cassie: Oh, wow, Sid! Cool. You’re so lovely. Wow!
    Sid: Great.
Cassie: If I wasn’t seeing Simon, that’d be amazing.
    Sid: Simon?!
    Simon: That’s me.
Cassie: We’ve got so much in common. Depression, self-Ioathing. He knows we can’t have a physical thing, I don’t do that now.
Simon: I’m still hoping you’ll change your mind.
Cassie: I won’t. So you see, it’s all so exciting.
    Sid: Right.
    Cassie: He wants me.
    Simon: I do.
Cassie: And he can never have me.
    Simon: I’m hopeful.
Cassie: It’s just perfect. Isn’t it?

Megamind (3/3)

& Minion: What happens when Roxanne finds out who you really are?
Megamind: She will never find out. That's the point of lying.

& Megamind: Code-I don't need you.
Minion: You know what, you know what. Code-I'll just pack my thing and go.
    Megamind: Code-Fine!
    Minion: Code-Fine back.

& Roxanne: What do you want?
Tighten: Thought maybe we could go for a little flight around town. Get to know each other first.
    Roxanne: WHOA!
Tighten: It's suppose to be very thrilling for you.
Roxanne: Just what do you think you're doing?
Tighten: Oh, are I moving to fast? You're probably right. I should just rescue you a few times before we get all romantic. ... Whoops! Saved you. You are lucky to have such a great hero here.

& Megamind: Okay Minion, you were right. I was... less right. We should stick to what we're good at. Being bad.

& Megamind: What's this? Where did you get all this stuff?
Tighten: It doesn't belong to me.
    Megamind: You stole it!
    Tighten: Pretty cool, right.
Megamind: Oh no, no, no. You're a hero!
Tighten: Being a hero is for losers.

& Tighten: I think, WE should team up.
    Megamind: You? Wait! What?!
Tighten: With my power, and your big headedness, we could rule the city.
Megamind: You want to team up?
Tighten: I even drew up some new costume designs. See... You'd be the brain so you get a little brain wearing glasses on your costume, or something. And since I'm the cool one, I'll have like two tanks sword fighting.

& Megamind: You can take me to jail now.
Tighten: Oh, no, no, no. I was thinking more like the morgue. You're dead!
Megamind: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. This isn't how you play the game.
    Tighten: Game over.

& Mayor: We're saved, we're saved! What's your name, new hero?
    Tighten: It's Tighten.
Mayor: Thank you, thank you. Tighten has freed us.
Tighten: Oh I wouldn't say free. More like, under new management.

& Roxanne: Um.....look! This glass has ice cubes in it.
Megamind: Yes, that's what happens when water gets cold.
Roxanne: No, what I'm saying is, don't you think it's a little odd that the ice hasn't melted yet?
Megamind: One of life's great mysteries.

& Metro Man: I began to realize, despite all my powers, each and every citizen of Metro had something I didn't. A choice. Ever since I can remember I've always had to be what the City wanted me to be. But what about what I wanted to do? Then it suddenly hit me. I do have a choice. I can be whatever I want to be. No one said this hero thing had to be a life time gig.

& Metro Man: Metro Man was finally dead. And Music Man was born.
    Megamind: Music man?
Metro Man: That way I can keep my logo.

& Metro Man: You know, little buddy. There's a Ying for every Yang. If there's bad, good will rise up against it.

& Roxanne: So, you just give up?
Megamind: I'm the bad guy. I don't save the day. I don't fly off into the sunset, and I don't get the girl.

& Roxanne: Please don't do this. I know there's still good in you, Hal.
Tighten: You're so naive, Roxie. You see the good in everybody, even when it's not there. You're living a fantasy. There is no Easter bunny. There is no tooth fairy. And there is no Queen of England. This is the real world.

& Megamind: You dare challenge Megamind?
Tighten: This town isn't big enough for two super villains.
Megamind: Oh, you're a villain all right. Just not a super one.
    Tighten: Yeah, what's the difference?
    Megamind: PRESENTATION!

& Tighten: No matter what side you're on. You're always the looser.
Megamind: There's a benefit to loosing. You get to learn from your mistakes.

& Megamind: Ollo. Thing about bad guys, they always LOOSE!

& Megamind: We won today.
    Minion: Didn't we, sir?
Megamind: Yes, Minion, we did it. Thanks to you. Code-We're the good guys now.
    Minion: Code-I guess we are.

& Megamind: Oh, what a drama queen.
Minion: You know, I'm feeling much better now. I guess I just needed a swim.

    Minion: Hey, hey, hey!
Megamind: Not now, Minion. I'm in a heated existential discussion with this dead-eyed plastic desk toy.

& Minion: I... is something wrong, sir?
Megamind: Just think about it. We have it all. But we have nothing. It's just to easy now.
Minion: I'm sorry, you've lost me, sir. I mean, we did it, right? Well, you did it, sir. Yes you've made that perfectly clear.
Megamind: Then why do I feel so, Mel-on-cholly?

& Minion: What if tomorrow, we could go kidnap Roxanne Ritchi? That always seems to lift your spirits.
Megamind: Good idea, Minion. But without him, what's the point?

& Hal: Wait, Roxie. I'm having a party at my house. Coming off the hook, or whatever. You should come over. I got a DJ rented a bouncy house. Made a gallon of dip. It's gonna be sick.
Roxanne: Oh, I don't know, Hal. I don't really fell like being around a bunch of people.
Hal: No, no, no. That's the best part, it'll be like just you and me.

& Megamind: I am so tired of running rampant* through the streets. What's the point of being bad when there's no good to try and stop you?

& Megamind: Oh, I'm to close. I'm genuinely scared right now. Oh, I hope no ones seeing this.
Minion: Create a hero? Wait, wait, what? Why would you do that?
Megamind: So I have someone to fight. Minion, I'm a villain without a hero. A ying, with no yang. A bull fighter with no bull to fight. In other words, I have no purpose.

& Megamind: Look closely. Tell me what you see?
    Minion: Dandruff?
Megamind: Yes, it's his DNA. From this, we'll extract the source of Metro Man's awesome power.

& Minion: Sir, I think this is a bad idea.
Megamind: Yes, It's a very wickedly bad idea. For the greater good of man.
Minion: But I'm saying this is a kind of bad, bad. Okay, you might think it's good in your bad perception. But from a good perception, it is just plain bad.
Megamind: Oh, you don't know what's good for bad.

& Megamind: How did she find my hideout?!
Bernard-Megamind: Uh, how did you find his hideout?
Roxanne: This is the only building in Metro City with a big observatory on the roof.
Megamind: Okay, there's no way she'll find the secret entrance.
Roxanne: Oh! There's a doormat here that say's 'Secret Entrance'.

& Roxanne: Wait, how did you get here so fast?
Megamind-Bernard: Well, I uh. I happened to be speed walking nearby when you called.
    Roxanne: In a suit?
Megamind-Bernard: Uh huh. It's called, 'Formal Speed walking'.

& Megamind-Bernard: I better take the lead. This way looks exciting.
    Roxanne: No, it says, 'Exit'.
Megamind-Bernard: Uh, which is the abbreviation for 'Exciting', right?

& Megamind-Bernard: Minion, code-send in the brain bots.
You know the whole point of a code is...
Megamind-Bernard: Oh code-just do it, Minion.

& Minion: Sir! SIR! Code-Did you find out who it was?
Megamind: Huh? Oh, oh. Code-Get the car.

& Megamind: Could this day get anymore, fun-tastic?

& Megamind: Rise, my glorious creation. Rise, and come to Papa.

    Hal: And you are, what?
    Minion: I'm your space, Step-Mom.

& Megamind: Hal, I think you're ready for this.
Hal: Do I have a son?!
Megamind: No, Hal, you make me laugh. It stretches, it's for you.
Hal: Hey, what's the 'T' stand for?
    Megamind: Titan.

& Megamind: How did it all come to this, you ask? My end starts at the beginning.

& Megamind: Even fate picks its favorites.

& Megamind: I learned a very hard lesson. Good receives all the praise and adulation*. While evil is sent to quiet time in the corner.

& Megamind: Our battles quickly got more elaborate. He would win some, I would almost win others.

& Megamind: He took the name, Metro Man. Defender of Montrosity. I decided to pick something a little more humble. Megamind. Incredibly handsome criminal genius, and master of all villainy.

& Roxanne Ritchi: It's a beautiful day in beautiful downtown where we're here to honor a beautiful man. Metro Man. His heart is an ocean that's inside a bigger ocean.

& Hal: Wow, okay, the stuff they make you read on the air. That's unfreaking believable, it's crazy.

Hal: What I was trying to say was, I can't believe that in our modern society they let like actual art get onto the news.
    Roxanne: Nice save, Hal.

& Hal: I'd be watching you, like a dingo watches a human baby.

& Megamind: In case you haven't noticed, you've fallen right into my trap.
Metro Man: You can't trap justice. It's an idea, a belief.
Megamind: Even the most heartfelt belief, can be corroded over time.
Metro Man: Justice is a noncorrosive metal.
Megamind: But metals can be melted by the heat of 're-vange*'.
Metro Man: It's 'revenge' and it's best served cold.
Megamind: But it can be easily reheated, in the microwave of evil.
Metro Man: Well I think your warranty is about to expire.
Megamind: Maybe I got an extended warranty?
Metro Man: Warranties are invalid if you don't use the product for its intended purpose.

& Megamind: FIRE! Minion, fire!

Megamind: Good, I'm glad you asked that one. Imagine, the most horrible, terrifying evil thing you could possibly think of. And multiply it by... SIX! The Next Three Days

& John Brennan: You know, you can’t do this every morning. It’s way too corny*.
Lara Brennan: Come on. Smile. It’s just till he’s 18.

& John: So, The Life and Times of Don Quixote. What is it about?
Student: That someone’s belief in virtue* is more important than virtue itself?
John: Yes, that’s in there. But what is it about?.. Could it be about how rational thought destroys your soul?.. Could it be about the triumph of irrationality and the power that’s in that?.. You know, we spend a lot of time trying to organize the world. We build clocks and calendars and we try and predict the weather. But what part of our life is truly under our control? What if we choose to exist purely in a reality of our own making? Does that render us insane? And if it does, isn’t that better than a life of despair?

& Damon Pennington: What do you want to know?
John: How you escaped when no one else could.
Damon: Balls and a little luck. No prison in the world is airtight*.

& Damon: And money, you’ll need a truckload of it. Everything’s expensive, hotels, travel, information.
    John: How much?
Damon: Enough to last at least five, six years. You run out of money, you run out of friends.

& Damon: But before you do anything, you have to ask yourself if you can do it. Can you forget about ever seeing your parents again?.. Can you kill a guard?.. Leave your kid at a gas station? Push some nice old lady to the ground just because she gets between you and the door? Because to do this thing, that’s who you have to become. And if you can’t, don’t start, ’cause you’ll just get someone killed.

& Mike: This is a meth lab, you idiot!
    John: No. It was.

& Sergeant Harris: Taillight matches any 2004 to 2009 Prius. What kind of criminal drives a Prius?
Lieutenant Nabulsi: A socially responsible one.

& Nabulsi: Go wider. Send their photos to every train, bus station and airport in a 300-mile radius.
Detective Collero: So, Ohio, Maryland, West Virginia, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Michigan, Kentucky and Indiana?..
Nabulsi: You know what direction they’re going in, smart-ass?

& Detective Quinn: You ever ask yourself why we found this bag and not the others?

& Detective Collero: What’re we doing here?
Detective Quinn: Why don’t you act like a cop? Grab the other side.

__ Another good one.

Human Target 1x3

Embassy Row

Season 1, Episode 3

& Chance: Just ’cause the cold war ended doesn’t mean all the spies went home.

& Winston: Look, we’re talking about invading sovereign Russian soil on a high-security day. Now, look, we can do it. I’m just saying, let’s be smart about it. Take our time, plan it out...

& Woman receptionist @ Russian embassy: Name, please.
    Chance: Oh. C.C. Baxter.
Woman: Yes, Mr. Baxter. Welcome. Identification?
    Chance: Uh, no, thanks.
    Woman: Your photo I.D., sir.
Chance: Oh, yeah. Of course, um... Have you ever changed what you’re wearing... just before you leave and realize you left your I.D. in your other... pants?

& Aaron: How exactly do you guys know the Secretary of Defense?
Winston: He wasn’t always the Secretary of Defense, and... you’re not our first client.

& Winston: What about you? You having any luck breaking Danny’s code?
Guerrero: It’s a simple Beaufort null cipher, dude. Piece of cake. ... What, weren’t you ever a boy scout?
    Winston: No. Were you?
Guerrero: Order of the arrow, troop 337. Do a good turn daily.

& Guerrero: Hi. Feedin’ the cat.

& Chance: You know what I’m thinking?
Winston: That they’re looking for the same spy we are.
Chance: They’re looking for the same spy we are.

& Emma Barnes: There are two things I know to be true. If I were a prostitute, I’d be a damn expensive one. And you are not C.C. Baxter.
Winston: Did the hooker just punch you in the face?
    Chance: I don’t think she’s a prostitute.

& Emma: ... And you’re gonna answer my questions.
Chance: No, I’m not. One, I’m not a spy. Two, the femoral* artery bleeds just as fast as the jugular*. ...

& Chance: Let’s get moving.
Emma: You first. I don’t ever turn my back on someone who does this for money.
Winston: Well, I don’t think I like her very much.
    Chance: Neither do I.

& Chance: That sounds like a “Tomorrow Problem.”

& Chance: You think I’d risk everything for a woman? What am I, 14?
Winston: So it was a mistake?
    Chance: Yes.
    Winston: You’re sure?
Chance: Yes. Winston, if I never see that woman again, it’ll be too soon.
    Winston: Uh-huh.

Flipped

& Juli Baker: I think the tree looks particularly beautiful in this light. Don’t you?
Bryce Loski: If by “beautiful” you mean “unbelievably ugly,” then, yes, I would agree.
Juli: You’re just visually challenged. I feel sorry for you.

& Chet Duncan, Bryce’s Grandpa: That girl has an iron backbone. Why don’t you invite her over sometime?
Bryce: An iron backbone? She’s just stubborn... and she’s pushy beyond belief. ... And she’s been stalking me since the second grade.
Chet: Well, a girl like that doesn’t live next door to everyone.
    Bryce: Lucky them.

& Richard Baker, Juli’s Dad: You have to look at the whole landscape.
    Juli: What does that mean?
Richard: A painting is more than the sum of its parts. A cow by itself is just a cow. A meadow by itself is just grass, flowers. And the sun peeking through the trees is just a beam of light. But you put them all together... and it can be magic.

& Teacher: Juli?
    Juli: Huh?
Teacher: Do you know the answer?
    Juli: Uh, the Peloponnesian War?
Teacher: I’m sure that’s the answer to something... but I was looking for the area of a rhomboid.

& Chet: You know, Bryce... one’s character is set at an early age. I’d hate to see you swim out so far you can’t swim back.
    Bryce: Sir?
Chet: It’s about honesty, son. Sometimes a little discomfort in the beginning... can save a whole lot of pain down the road.

& Chet: She’s quite a girl. Some of us get dipped* in flat... some in satin... some in gloss. But every once in a while... you find someone who’s iridescent. And when you do... nothing will ever compare.
Bryce: Flat, glossy*, iridescent*? What the hell did that mean?

& Juli: He wanted to know more about the sycamore tree. He knew exactly what it meant... about the whole being greater than the sum of its parts. He said it was the same with people... but sometimes with people, the whole could be less. I thought that was pretty interesting. I started looking at people I’d known since elementary school... trying to figure out if they were more or less than the sum of their parts. Chet was right. A lot of them were less.

& Garett: What’s this? Whoa!
Bryce: It’s not what you think. ... Okay, it is what you think, but I can explain. ... Okay, I can’t explain.

& Bryce: There was a... bee in her hair.
    Dana: There’s no bee.

& Juli: I needed a strategy. It was simple. If I left my money at home, I’d leave temptation with it.

House M.D. 7x14

Recession Proof

Season 7, Episode 14

& Cuddy: What do you think it’ll look like if you don’t show up when I get an award?
House: Like I don’t give a crap about awards, charities, what it looks like. If you ever want... I RSVPed two days ago. What, you think I’m a complete ass?
Cuddy: If you were already going, why did you...
    House: Foreplay.

& Chase: File says he’s a real estate developer. Could have been exposed to something visiting a construction site.
Martha: He’s lying. ....... He’s not an executive. I saw his hands.
House: ......... Stand up. Our little girl... Is finally growing up. I mean, you dream of this day, but when it finally happens...

& Wilson: You’re really going to the charity gala? Why?
House: I wanna do something nice for my girlfriend.
Wilson: You never do anything unless it stands to benefit you.
House: I realize that three failed marriages can leave a man twisted and bitter inside, but in a good relationship, people sometimes do things for each other.

& House: Why do people believe I’m incapable of doing anything nice?
    Wilson: Experience.

& Taub: We found Vicodin in his office.
House: Give it to me. ........ Might look like Vicodin but be something else. .........

& Patient: ... Who’d have thought the recession would last this long, huh?
Martha: So it’s Obama’s fault you’re lying to your wife?

& House: I need some intel on this charity event on Friday night. If I go, do I have to actually give money to charity? ... I’m going. Just don’t want it to suck. There has to be a way to make this fun.
Wilson: Show up and behave. Problem solved.
House: Your problem solved. Don’t you think she deserves more than a plaque and a round of applause for 15 years of running this dump?
    Wilson: It’s a watch, not a plaque.
House: It’s a cliche. I want to make things more exciting, something she’ll remember for more than ten minutes.
Wilson: Okay. By fun and exciting, you mean screwing this up for Cuddy so she won’t even dream of asking you to go to one again.
House: You really can’t stand seeing me happy, can you?

& House: Who’s going to this charity thing Friday night?
    Foreman: Already got a date.
House: Cuddy is getting an award. I think we should all be there, show our support.
Taub: I assume you’re planning on screwing it up, so you want to maximize witnesses.
House: Why does everyone go to that?
    Chase: Experience?
House: Shut up! How ’bout go... Or work the clinic all weekend? I hear it’s genital herpes awareness month.

& Taub: What’s wrong?
Foreman: My stomach. You... you poisoned me!
Taub: I ate the same thing you did. How come I’m not... Oh, dear God.

& House: What, you two can’t think and poop at the same time? There’s a life at stake here!

& Wilson: Hey! What are you doing?
House: What’s it look like I’m doing? Auditioning a band for Friday night.
Wilson: So you’re trying to ruin Cuddy’s moment in the spotlight.
House: Ruin? These guys recorded with Juan Gabriel. They’re gonna cost me 2 grand. ... This is not a prank! {...} Muchachos, adelante. Tres, cuatro...

& Martha: This is all for the best.
Chase: Yeah. Either that or... The opposite.

& Wilson: Looking forward to Friday night?
Cuddy: Yes and no. Yes, because it is a great honor, and no because... Well, you know the because.
Wilson: You think House is going to embarrass you.
Cuddy: Well, not intentionally. Maybe intentionally.

& Foreman: What do you want us to do, House?

& House: We’ll need his wife’s consent. Masters will get it.
Martha: Probably not a good idea.
    Foreman: Uh, he’s right.
    Chase: No, he’s not.
House: Consider this me officially booting you out of the nest.

& Martha: I put making friends and having relationships on hold so I could concentrate on studying. I always thought there’ll be plenty of time for that in the future. But... Now when I do want them... I can’t even get a date to this charity event. If I can’t establish relationships in my personal life, how will I ever do it with a patient?
Chase: Be honest with her. But if it comes down to a choice between the brutal truth and hope, side with hope.

& House: My happiness is being paid for by other people’s lives.

& House: You’re gonna want to... sit down for this.

& House: I’ve made a decision. ..........

& House: If I had to choose between... saving everyone and loving you and being happy... I choose ...........

& House 2 Cuddy: My head’s on your vagina.

& Policeman Bookman: Flow my tears.

& Senator Bobby Frost: Did I just see two cars pork each other?
    Vaughn Smallhouse: Indeed.
Madeline Frost Santaros: That was disgusting.
Smallhouse: I wouldn’t worry, sir. That’s the European version.

& Pinziki: It’s an urgent problem regarding Boxer Santaros... What do you mean he’s unavailable?! Unavailable, my ass! You tell Vaughn Smallhouse he better not fuck with Deep Throat Two.

& Pinziki: How the fuck am I supposed to blackmail some movie star if I can’t get his fucking representation on the phone?
Teri: These Hollywood managers, they think their shit don’t smell.
Pinziki: Let me tell you something, Teri. When the shit hits the fan, it all smells the same.
    Teri: Fuck, yeah, it does.

& Bookman: You want to fuck or watch a movie?
Sarah Michelle Gellar (aka Krysta Now) - Teen Horniness is Not a Crime

& Smallhouse: Are you Deep Throat Two?
Krysta: I’m not in that movie.

& Hideo Takehashi: You bastard! You said finger, not entire hand!!
Baron Von Westphalen: Clearly your attorneys didn’t read the whole contract. It stipulates a six-inch margin of error in the cutting radius.
Hideo Takehashi: Contract said finger only!
Baron Von Westphalen: Serpentine... have Mr. Takehashi’s hand bronzed and mounted on a cheap wooden plaque.

& Pilot Abilene: Is it God?
Martin Kefauver: It’s... it’s medicinal. Now, dog, I seen... I seen all your movies. You’re... you’re great.
Abilene: I know I’m great. Tell me something I don’t know.

& Abilene: Look. Green, you dream. Blue, in an hour you feel new. And you can forget all about mellow yellow and ancient orange, ’cause, hey, I’m giving you blood red. Do you bleed? I said, do you bleed?
    Kefauver: Yeah, yeah, dog.
Abilene: Then you take the blood train. You talk to God without even... without even seeing Him. You hear His voice, and you see His disciples. They appear like... like angels under a sea of black umbrellas. Angels who can see through time.
    Martin Kefauver: Thanks, dog.

Pinziki: You know, I wasn’t going to do this, but I feel very generous* today. I’m going to leave you with a little present.
Smallhouse: Wow. I am flattered. What is it?
Pinziki: ... A Taser gun to the balls.
    Smallhouse: What?!!!

& Pinziki: ...because when all is said and done, nobody rocks the cock like Cyndi Pinziki.
