Jeeves and Wooster 2x1

The Silver Jug*
(or Jeeves Saves the Cow Creamer)

Season 2, Episode 1

& Aunt Dahlia: One of your wonderful ideas, Jeeves?
Jeeves: If Mr Wooster could imply* that the object is of modern Dutch manufacture, the vendor might be the more inclined to lower his ambitions.
    Wooster: Why Dutch?
Jeeves: The Dutch, sir, while an admirable people in many ways and reknowned for domestic hygiene, are not considered of the first rank in matters of argentine* craftsmanship.
Aunt Dahlia 2 Wooster: Well, you heard what Jeeves said. Now, run along and don't sneer!

& Stephanie: Bertie, I think you're a pig!
Wooster: A pig, maybe, but a shrewd*, level-headed* pig, a pig who was not born yesterday and who has seen a thing or two.

& Wooster: This is getting beyond a joke, Jeeves. Aunt Dahlia wants me to pinch* that cow-creamer, Stiffy wants me to pinch the blasted cow-creamer... Do you want me to pinch it?
Jeeves: I think it would be most unwise, sir.

& How's yours now, Jeeves?
Jeeves: Oh, really quite promising. I suspected I could make something of him and such is proving to be the case.

& Stephanie: Goodbye, Bertie. Well, you've disappointed me, I thought you had guts.
Wooster: I have, and I don't want Roderick Spode fooling about with them.
